Bread and Pizza Basic Course

Pizza is definitely one of the symbols of Italy: loved all over the world, imitated by many, it is made with so few ingredients that it’s necessary to know them thoroughly and be able to handle them with great accuracy. Thanks to two creative and experienced teachers, you will embark upon a journey through the universe of flours and raising agents and you will learn the tools that will make your homemade bread and pizza as good as a real chef’s one. The course contains 15 lessons, 10 of which about Pizza and 5 about gourmet bread. Throughout the lessons we’ll explore the general themes on flour, leavening agents, fermentation, as well as the best techniques to achieve originality and quality.
