Semiprofessional Pastry Course

The Semiprofessional Pastry Course was designed in order to accompany those who love the pastry world along a theoretic and practical learning path. The educational aim is to provide the basis to express one’s creativity in the best possible way through learning by doing. The lessons planned are 15 and are well balanced between theory and practice about food raw material ; they deal with the most important topics of Italian pastry that can be declined in classic and creative preparations like cream puffs, ovis mollis and fruit cream.
